Escogencia de representantes. El Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social mediante resolución escogerá los representantes de los trabajadores beneficiarios del Subsidio Familiar a los Consejos Directivos de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar y al Consejo Asesor de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, de las listas que le presenten las Centrales Obreras en debida forma, de las ternas que le presenten para el sector primario de la economía o de las listas de beneficiarios que le suministren las respectivas instituciones o la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar.
