De los bienes que se consideran producto nacional. Para efectos del presente Decreto, se considera producto nacional, en cada licitación, el que incorpore más del cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor agregado nacional o se ajuste a los reglamentos y programas de ensamble que estén vigentes en el momento, de apertura de la licitación.
