Segundo debate . Aprobado el proyecto en pri mer debate, volverá a la Comisión respectiva para que estudie y rinda informe para segundo debate en un término de diez días. Si cumplido dicho término, la Comisión no ha devuelto el proyecto, el P residente de la Asamblea, por si o a petición de cualquier Diputado, exigirá a la Comisión Ia devolución del proyecto y abrirá el segundo debate del mismo, sin perjuicio de considerar durante dicho debate el informe y las modificaciones que presente la Comisión.
