El personal de maquinistas, fogoneros, ayudantes de fogoneros, trabajadores de calderos, fundidores y mineros, tienen derecho, al cumplir los veinte años de servicio, continua o discontinuadamente, en una empresa ferroviaria, oficial o particular, a la jubilación de que habla el artículo 1° de la Ley 1 a de 1932, cualquiera que sea la edad.
