Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo. El Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo servirá de base para la aprobación y modificación del presupuesto de las Empresas en cada vigencia fiscal. Para tales efectos, la Secretaría Técnica del CONFIS comunicará a más tardar la primera semana de noviembre, los parámetros fijados en el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo.
