amends decreto 624/89

El inciso 1° del artículo 126-2 del Estatuto Tributario quedará así:

Artículo 126-2. Deducción por donaciones efectuadas a la Corporación General Gustavo Matamoros D’Costa. Los contribuyentes que hagan donaciones a la Corporación General Gustavo Matamoros D’Costa y a las fundaciones y organizaciones dedicadas a la defensa, protección y promoción de los derechos humanos y el acceso a la justicia, tienen derecho a deducir de la renta, el 125% del valor de las donaciones efectuadas durante el año o período gravable.
