Licencias. Las escuelas de capacitación de vigilancia privada, para su funcionamiento deberán obtener licencia expedida por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, previo el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 26 de este Decreto y concepto favorable de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
