El aumento del 20% del impuesto adicional sobre exceso de utilidades establecido por el artículo 13 del Decreto extraordinario número 1361 de 1942, se liquidará separadamente sobre la suma que por tal concepto se fije de acuerdo con la tarifa del artículo 18 de la Ley 78 de 1935 y según el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 2º anterior.
