Cada empresa aérea designada podrá mantener en el territorio de la otra Parte Contratante su propio personal técnico y administrativo, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones nacionales de cada Parte, queda entendido que esta autorización comprende el personal mínimo indispensable para el funcionamiento normal de los servicios.
