°. Transición. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural en un período máximo de 2 años, contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto, y de manera progresiva, implementará la sistematización de la Ventanilla Única Forestal para atender en forma centralizada los trámites de registro, control, movilización, de comercio exterior y demás actividades afines o complementarias que requiera la reforestación con fines comerciales o industriales.
