Art. 36°. Aprobada que sea la lista, dejándose copia autorizada en el archivo del Cabildo del Distrito, se devolverá al de la parcialidad, para su presentación al Prefecto de la Provincia, quien la elevará, con el debido informe, al Gobernador del Departamento para su examen y aprobación definitiva, con las enmiendas precisas y justificables.
