° Cuando una misma jineta de buena conducía hubiere sido perdida por segunda vez, su revalidación podrá producirse a solicitud del Comandante de Unidad, pero en ningún caso anl.es de un año después de cometida la falta que ocasionó su suspensión o de haber sido revalidada la jineta anterior.
