En lo sucesivo, de cualquier plano que deba presentarse al Gobierno, sea cual fuera la causa, se adjuntará una copia destinada a la Oficina de Estadística, y si la escala de tales planos fuere inferior a cien mil (100,000) la dicha copia puede presentarse en esta última escala.
