Cuando se hubiere hecho el escrutinio por la comisión escrutadora, el Registrador procederá a llevar personalmente a la Delegación Departamental y a entregar a los Delegados del Registrador Nacional, bajo recibo, los documentos provenientes de las mesas de votación, tal como fueron recibidos de ellas.
