LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.9.7.6. Multas para personas naturales. La Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios aplicará en lo pertinente la metodología establecida en el presente decreto para determinar el monto de la multa imponible a las personas naturales que infrinjan las normas a las que están sujetos quienes presten servicios públicos, por infracciones relacionadas con el servicio de Gas Combustible, previo análisis de la culpa en la comisión de la infracción.

Parágrafo

Para establecer la capacidad económica de las personas naturales se tendrá en cuenta el patrimonio del infractor y sus ingresos.
