Quórum deliberatorio. La Asamblea podrá deliberar con la presencia de cualquier número plural de accionistas que representen no menos del cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) de las acciones suscritas en la fecha de la reunión respectiva. Las reuniones serán presididas por la persona que designe la Asamblea y sus Actas elaboradas por el Secretario General de la sociedad o por quien designe la Asamblea.
