Este contrato no requiere la aprobación del consejo de Estado.

Parágrafo

En las autorizaciones a que se refiere esta Ley, no queda incluída ninguna que se refiera a la conversión y unificación de la deuda externa. Queda, por tanto, derogada la Ley 113 de 1923 , en lo que se refiere a la autorización sobre conversión de la deuda externa.
