Disposición especial . No serán objeto de aforo los envíos de cartas, tarjetas postales, telegramas, extractos de cuentas, recibos de toda clase, impresos, cecogramas y periódicos que salgan por tráfico postal. En estos casos, la sola presentación del manifiesto de tráfico postal, con la indicación de la cantidad de bultos, consignatario y peso expresado en kilos, facultará al Operador Postal Oficial o Concesionario de Correos para proceder al embarque.
