Artículo veinticinco. La mora en el pago menual de los aportes dará lugar al cobro de intereses a favor de la entidad, sin prejuicio de las sanciones legales que imponga el Ministerio del Trabajo. Estos se lequidarán a la tasa deñ uno y medio por ciento (1 %) por cada mes de retardo.
