Art. 3. Podrán iniciarse y seguirse toda clase de diligencias judiciales de las que la ley llama de jurisdicción voluntaria, y se podrán promover y adelantar todas las diligencias que tengan por objeto la preconstitución de pruebas, como las referentes a absolución de posiciones, reconocimiento de documentos y otras semejantes.
