Quienes ejerzan independientemente, actividades que requieran estudios universitarios, deberán relacionar, en su declaración de renta, los ingresos brutos superiores a dos mil pesos ($2.000), recibidos en el año gravable de una sola persona o entidad, así como los créditos vigentes en 31 de diciembre, superiores a cian mil pesos ($100.000), según el caso. El contribuyente a que se refiere este artículo no podrá alegar qué ingresos o créditos de cuantía superior se encuentran incluidos en las partidas globales.
