°. De la vigilancia a los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje. En virtud de la función de vigilancia, asignada por la ley, el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia podrá investigar y sancionar a los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje como un instrumento para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por la ley y sus reglamentos a dichos centros.
