Articulo 116 . Comprobación de los hechos. Una vez conocido el hecho o recibida la información, según el caso, la autoridad sanitaria procederá a comprobarlo y a establecer la necesidad de aplicar una medida de seguridad, con base en los peligros que puede representar para la salud individual o colectiva.
