ARTICULO 341 . Caso especial de embargo. Cuando se investiguen hechos punibles de falsedad en los títulos de propiedad de un bien sometido a registro, o de estafa u otro delito que haya tenido por objeto bienes de esa naturaleza, y que pueda influir en la propiedad de los mismos, el funcionario judicial podrá decretar el embargo por el tiempo que sea necesario, sin necesidad de medida de aseguramiento.
