Coordinación ante la noticia de una víctima de trata interna. Cuando alguna entidad, en virtud de sus competencias, tenga conocimiento de una víctima de la trata interna, informará inmediatamente al Ministerio del Interior, quien deberá coordinar y articular con el respectivo comité departamental, distrital o municipal para dar inicio al programa de protección y asistencia inmediata, conforme a la ruta diseñada por el Comité Interinstitucional para la Lucha Contra la Trata de Personas. En aquellos municipios y distritos donde no se haya creado el respectivo comité, asumirá la coordinación el comité departamental de la respectiva jurisdicción y excepcionalmente el Comité Interinstitucional.
