El Gobernador del departamento de Antioquia, tomará las medidas necesarias para preservar el orden público y evitar la ocurrencia de actos violentos en el trayecto de la autopista que de Medellín conduce a Bogotá citado en el artículo anterior. En tal sentido, deberá coordinar con la Fuerza Pública el establecimiento de retenes y cordones de seguridad pertinentes para proteger a la población civil.
