° Legalizanse los gastos que hayan efectuado o que efectúen los Administradores, Pagadores, etc., del Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales, en las distintas empresas, por solicitud de las Fuerzas Armadas, o por virtud de órdenes impartidas por los distintos Ministerio y que tengan como finalidad inmediata la cooperación y colaboración que deben prestar todas las entidades oficiales para el mantenimiento del orden público.
