º. Del estímulo al ahorro para la vivienda . A través del Fondo de Ahorro para Vivienda, asociación con personería jurídica reconocida por el Ministerio de Justicia, mediante Resolución número 619 de marzo 5 de 1983, el Instituto de Crédito Territorial aportará a sus empleados públicos el 10% de su remuneración mensual para vivienda, siempre que estos ahorren en dicha asociación de Conformidad con los reglamentos existentes sobre la materia.
