Articulo 5° La Escuela funcionará en el local perteneciente al antiguo Departamento Nacional de Higiene, carrera 12 número 5-53 (antigua nomenclatura número 11) de esta ciudad, como dependencia del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, y el cual se adaptará para tal efecto mientras se construye el edificio que a ésta se destinará en el local ubicado en la Ciudad Universitaria.
