amends ley 181/95

Modificar el parágrafo primero del artículo 75 de la Ley 181 de 1995 el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 1

Los recursos del impuesto al valor agregado, IVA, a que se refiere el presente artículo, serán distribuidos así:

40% para el Instituto Colombiano para la Juventud y el Deporte, Coldeportes.

20% para los entes deportivos Departamentales y Distritales.

40% para los entes deportivos municipales.

Parágrafo

Los recursos del impuesto al valor agregado, IVA, a que se refiere este artículo, incluirá programas de deporte para personas con limitaciones físicas, síquicas y sensoriales.
