° . Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir del día quince (15) julio del año 2010.

Parágrafo

Quienes soliciten licencias de construcción durante el periodo comprendido entre la fecha de Publicación y la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, podrán acogerse a sus requisitos.
