Del Sistema Nacional de Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas. Las entidades que conforman el Sistema Nacional de Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas de que trata el Capítulo III del Título V de la Ley 1448 de 2011, serán las encargadas de ejecutar los planes, programas, proyectos y acciones específicas, tendientes a la asistencia, atención y reparación integral a las víctimas de que trata el artículo 3° del presente decreto.
