°. El presupuesto de ingresos de la Imprenta Nacional estará formado por el que tiene asignado actualmente, más los presupuestos de que gozan las Imprentas que se le incorporan por este Decreto. El de gastos será elaborado por el Gerente, sometido a la consideración y visto bueno de la Junta Directiva y a la posterior aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, y estará ceñido a las apropiaciones presupuéstales o totalidad de ingresos de que arriba se habla.
