En caso de que se trate de Municipios a cuyo favor se hayan decretado, por leyes especiales, auxilios para la construcción de sus acueductos, se enviará, además, una copia del acuerdo municipal en que se declare que el Municipio respectivo renuncia a tales auxilios y se acoge a lo prescrito por la Ley 65 de 1936.
