Para la preparación del Presupuesto, el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público tendrá en cuenta el informe financiero que en la fecha indicada en la Ley correspondiente debe presentar al Gobierno Nacional el Contralor General de la República, quien suministrará, además, las informaciones que le sean solicitadas, tendientes a dicho fin.
