Art. 22. Los que falsifiquen papel sellado ó estampillas de Timbre nacional ó introduzcan dichas especies falsificadas, ó contribuyeren á sabiendas á la introducción de ellas, ó las expendieren, sufrirán las penas detalladas en los artículos respectivos del Código Penal.
