Artículo quince . En armonía con el artículo 6° de este estatuto, las entidades que presten los mencionados servicios, realizaran cursos especiales para sus funcionarios con el objeto de lograr la inmediata y efectiva cooperación de estos en el cumplimiento de las normas de este Decreto.
