º. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto por parte de las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora y de las programadoras de televisión, dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones consagradas en el Estatuto de Radiodifusión y el Estado podrá recobrar de inmediato el dominio pleno de las frecuencias radioeléctricas y ordenar la suspensión inmediata de las transmisiones.
