El Tribunal dará traslado de la demanda de nulidad al Agente del Ministerio Público, por el término de tres días; hará practicar las diligencias necesarias para asegurar su fallo, y decidirá, en Sala de Acuerdo, por mayoría absoluta, dentro de los diez días siguientes a la contestación del traslado, si anuló o no la ordenanza.
