Las disposiciones del Decreto número 652 de 1935, referente al auxilio de cesantía para los empleados particulares, y especialmente las que fijan las justas causas para dar por terminado el contrato de trabajo, son aplicables al auxilio de cesantía reglamentado por este Decreto, cuando no pugne con sus disposiciones.
