Las Tarjetas Del Registro Nacional De Transporte De Carga Expedidas Por Las Direcciones Territoriales Del Ministerio De Transporte, No Tendrán Efecto Alguno, A Partir De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto

°. Las tarjetas del registro nacional de transporte de carga expedidas por las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio de Transporte, no tendrán efecto alguno, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto.

Parágrafo

Las solicitudes de tarjetas del registro nacional de transporte de carga, que se encuentran en trámite en las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio de Transporte, deberán ser devueltas sin el trámite respectivo y los dineros consignados por dicho trámite serán devueltos a los usuarios.
