LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.3.2.5. Fondo para la redención anticipada de los “Títulos de Tesorería TES Clase B”. De conformidad con las facultades conferidas por el artículo 98 del Estatuto Orgánico del Presupuesto, la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional mantendrá como una cuenta de la misma, el Fondo para la redención anticipada de los Títulos de Tesorería TES, Clase “B”, suscritos en desarrollo de lo normado en el presente título.
