Artículo primero. Apruébase la siguiente reforma de los estatutos de la Caja Nacional de Previsión: " ACUERDO NUMERO 31 BIS DE 1964 (agosto 24) por el cual se hace una reforma a los estatutos de la Caja Nacional de Previsión. La Junta Directiva de la Caja Nacional de Previsión, en uso de las facultades que le confiere el artículo 37 del Acuerdo número 16 de 1963, aprobado por el Decreto número 711 de 1963, acuerda:
