- Sanciones Disciplinarias. La inobservancia de cualquiera de las disposiciones contenidas en la presente resolución generará la correspondiente investigación disciplinaria para el funcionario, según las previsiones Ley 1952 de 2019 y las normas que la adicionen, modifiquen o aclaren.
