Decreto 71 de 2002 · por el cual se dictan normas sobre cuantías mínimas de patrimonio que deberán mantener y acreditar los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.

º . Patrimonio básico . El patrimonio básico de los servicios de vigilancia antes aludidos comprenderá

a)

El capital suscrito y pagado;

b)

Superávit de capital;

c)

La reserva legal y las demás reservas;

d)

Revalorización del patrimonio;

e)

Resultado del ejercicio anterior;

f)

Resultado del ejercicio;

g)

Superávit por valorizaciones.

Parágrafo 1

La cuenta "revalorización del patrimonio" no deberá ser superior al promedio ponderado de los tres años anteriores aumentado en un porcentaje igual al índice de inflación del año fiscal respectivo.
