A partir de la sanción de la presente ley, y de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 334, 339 y 341 de la Constitución Política, autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para efectuar asignaciones presupuestales correspondientes para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la presente ley.
