Los representantes del profesorado en la Junta Nacional del Escalafón serán elegidos por una Asamblea de las organizaciones señaladas en el artículo anterior. Dicha Asamblea Nacional se reunirá en la capital de la República y estará integrada por dos delegados de las organizaciones de cada Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaria, designados por las Asambleas Seccionales.
