°. Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de su publicación y regula de manera integral lo relacionado con los Programas de Transparencia y Ética Pública. En consecuencia, se derogan tácitamente las normas reglamentarias relacionadas con el Plan Anticorrupción y Atención al Ciudadano que sean incompatibles y, de forma expresa, los artículos 2.1.4.1, 2.1.4.2, 2.1.4.3, 2.1.4.4, 2.1.4.5, 2.1.4.6, 2.1.4.7, 2.1.4.8 y 2.1.4.9 del Decreto número 1081 de 2015.
