Explosivos de seguridad. Las explotaciones subterráneas de carbón y aquellas otras explotaciones subterráneas que dentro de su formación acumulen o presenten cantidades de gases con características explosivas mayores a los valores límites permisibles definidos en este Reglamento, y que requieran el uso de explosivos como medio de arranque, únicamente deben utilizar explosivos y agentes de voladuras de seguridad que sean permisibles para minería subterránea, de conformidad con los aspectos técnicos dispuestos o establecidos por la Industria Militar.
