Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 1º de la Ley 46 de 1971, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el monto del Situado Fiscal no podrá ser inferior a la cuantía prevista en el Presupuesto Nacional del año fiscal de 1983.
